From both bedrooms you step out into the quiet back garden for relaxing on deckchairs in the shade of palm trees.
The local famous La Mata sandy beach, known as "Spanish Florida", is approximately 2.8 km long. The beach is surrounded by sand dunes and a promenade. Near the apartment there are two parks, one with swings and slides for children, the other with water fountains. The Torrevieja area has a world-unique microclimate that creates 2 saltwater lagoons. A stay here is ideal for people with breathing problems. The water from the lagoon then cures psoriasis, rheumatism and eczema, similar to the Black Sea.
